Great experience. Really quick contact and meeting with Marina. She took charge of it all really nicely and her team found me a great tenant on the first day of viewing. I used them to arrange letting only (not ongoing management). THey have organised everything so now I am just waiting for my first rent payment to come in. Would highly recommend.

Bit of a late review, but wanted to leave a positive note here because the team (shoutout to Sona) was fantastic. Finding a rental option was really stressful back in February, and out of the dozens of agents I've met during that month, I'd say Renthub stands out as the most friendly and helpful.

I was dreading having to sort out getting a tenant by myself. It weighed heavy on my shoulders. Then someone let me know of a place called Renthub. RentHub is very professional in handling the properties that I have used them more than 17 years and all these years they are very friendly and always advised us correctly.under new RTA they do not charge any fees to the incoming tenants and as a land we have paid all the fees related to the cost in term fees and I will engage years to come simply they are very good and easy to approach I have enjoyed working with them .

Renthub are also able to operate seamlessly with digital contracts and correspondence making the legal side of renting a piece of cake. I have known Marina and used her services for many years. Marina is respectful, has high integrity and is strongly recommended.Marina helped rescue me as a struggling overseas landlord distressed by malicious, manipulative and dishonest tenants. You can see the tenants review below - easy to spot it is the only negative one. That was over 5 years ago. At the time I could not decide if the tenants were on drugs, delusional or mentally unstable. In any case I strongly recommend that you avoid dealings with Cara Gane and/or Madeleine Gee.

If you are a first time renter, I would highly recommend having Marina assist you with getting into your first home. This is the fourth time I have used Marina at RentHub to do a casual let for me for my property in Dannermora and each time she has obtained great tenants. The property was promptly listed and I was kept up to date on the enquiries & how many groups attended the viewings. She managed the whole process from listing the property, vetting the new tenants, doing reference checks, completing the rental agreement, bond form and collecting the rent & bond. This was all done within a short period of time and we had the property re-tenanted without any downtime between tenancies. Will definitely use RentHub again if needed on any of my other properties.
