Pricing is based on your weekly rent, ensuring fair value for every property.

Every package includes:

  • Rent collection and monitoring
  • Bond management
  • Tenant screening and renewals
  • 24/7 owner portal access
  • Annual rent reviews and financial reporting
  • Regular inspections and maintenance coordination
  • Clear communication and agreed service standards

For properties over $1,000 per week, we’ll create a tailored management plan to suit your needs and investment goals.

Tenant Finder (Casual Letting)

If you don’t need full management, but want help setting up a tenancy properly, this is a simple, one-off service.

We handle:

  • advertising
  • enquiries
  • viewings
  • screening
  • tenancy setup

You stay in control of the final decision.

What it costs:

  • Advertising: $389 + GST (paid upfront, non-refundable)
  • Tenant placement: 1 week’s rent + GST (once a tenant is placed)
  • Credit and reference checks: $39 + GST per preferred tenant
  • Additional viewings (after the first four): $70 + GST each

If a property is withdrawn once advertising has commenced, a time-based charge of $90 + GST per hour applies.
This service is exclusive for one month.

Property Inspections

If you’re self-managing, inspections give you a clear view of what’s happening at your property - without needing to be there.
